Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) is a commercial bank that provides financial services and expertise to technology and life science companies, as well as venture capital and private equity firms. 

It was founded in 1983 in Santa Clara, California, and is headquartered in Santa Clara, California. Silicon Valley Bank is one of the biggest names among the lenders in the technology world.

Recently, there was a news report informing that Silicon Valley Bank faced nearly $2 billion in losses. It was due to a poor investment decision.

However, this move has put nearly $175 billion in customer deposits under the control of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.

Then the main question arrives! What has changed in the past few weeks that caused this phenomena? Why did Silicon Valley Bank face this situation in 2023? It has been running smoothly for the past many years and nothing similar happened! So, why now?

In this blog, I am going to reveal the real reason as to why this happened. Alongside, I will also inform you about some future predictions about USA and its Stock Market

Why Did Silicon Valley Bank Collapse?

Before explaining the reasons for Silicon Valley Bank Collapse, you need to understand something else.

For the past few years, I have been studying the principles and significance of Vastu energy, Ayurveda energy, the transition of planets and numeric energy.

After applying this concept to the United States of America, I discovered that it has a life cycle of 94 years. After every 94 years, it starts another life cycle.

A main reason for America becoming a superpower is because of its amazing life cycle. Out of 94 years, the U.S. has 74 years of growing period while facing a mild period of 20 years. America has already taken two rounds and is currently on its third life cycle. It allowed America to grow tremendously and get ahead of other countries in the world.

Starting from October 2022 to July 2023, the U.S. is going to face a mild period. In this period we saw mass layoffs from several big companies.

This is the main reason for Silicon Valley Bank Collapse. Due to America’s tough time, an experimental decision caused a huge loss to the stock market and the economy of America.

Situation of United States Stock Market

I believe that the Stock Market is not going to face any tough problems in 2023. While it may decline, it will recover from it.

However, in 2024 the Stock Market may face a tough time. My concept indicates that the potential of the Stock Market may decline.

Similarly, from 2025 to 2028 is going to be mild for the Stock Market. Any form of risky or experimental decisions can severely affect the condition of the Stock Market.

What’s Next?

According to my calculations, for the next couple of years, the U.S. is going to face a moderate period. Therefore, it needs to refrain from any experimental or risky decision as there is a chance that it may take an ugly turn.

As for the Silicon Valley Bank Collapse, America is going to recover from it. While it may face a difficult situation for some time, as the overall life cycle of the U.S.A is great. It will recover from this situation and continue to grow again.

While the next few years may pose a challenge. Since America has a favourable life cycle, it has great potential to grow in the future.

Similar to a human, every country has its own destiny which can be changed with appropriate measures. If the appropriate measures are taken, we might be able to prevent these threats from happening.
